Portable POS Terminals
The Portable Terminal Software for Point of Sale allows using portable devices, like palmtops to register Client's requests in Restaurants, Bars, Esplanades, Swimming Pools or Meeting Rooms from the table or within the communication covered area.
This provides greater speed of service, without the waiter losing time going from one place to the other, the requests are registered and launched in the check at the same time they're printed in the kitchen or in some other service area, through remote printers.
Installation Flexibility
It can be installed in any PalmTop device (HP, Symbol, etc.) under the operational system Windows Mobile or Windows CE and provides all the common functions of a Point of Sale.
Compatible with Multiple Brands and Models
Among the multiple PDA models there's: HP, Symbol, Intermec CN3, Mobile M3 with different resolutions and versions of the most recent operational systems.
Advanced Functions
All the operations are registered on-line on the units database, allowing the most advanced functions that characterize Newhotel solutions: Check Search, Open and Close of Tables, Print of Ticket or Invoice, Split Check, Transferences, Collection, Laungh in Guest or Client Account, Multiple Price Tariffs, Discounts, Happy Hour Functions, Internal Consumption Control, etc.
Easy and Intuitive Operation
Can be installed in any computer or terminal woth Microsoft Windows operative system and it's very simple to learn and use. Designed to work with touch screen, allows an unlimited number of products and PLU keys. The product buttons can be freely defined and organized by the user, having a library of icons to represent, graphically, the items available for sale. Also has unlimited memories of Tables and Accounts.
Total Integration with hotel systems
Portable POS allows a total integration with the rest of the Newhotel Family software, specially Newhotel Advanced PMS Front-Office, Newhotel Express Front-Desk, Point of Sale, SPA, Events and F&B Stocks.
