Permanent Help Desk for client support
Newhotel Software provides a Helpdesk Service for client support, available 24x7, which users can access at any time for receiving techncal help in case of any problemas or difficulties.
Our Helpdesk registers, diagnoses and assists the Client on the solution through several means of communication, such as telephone, email, form request, chat or by telemaintenance.
Each Client request is assigned an unique identifying number (PAT - Request for Technical Assistance) and inserted on a database. This allows full tracing and control of every incidence until the problem is solved.
Each time a PAT is received or solved the Client receives an automatic email message.
