Quinta do Mel results from the recovery of a centenary building of the farm with a total respect for the architecture and materials typical from
Algarve and associated with modern production systems and energy rationalization, such as water heating solar collectors and insulation of high efficiency. The room decor is typical and the details of reed or floor ceilings are from Alentejo atabúa furniture and creates a quiet and cozy environment.
Two of the rooms have balconies with panoramic views over the valley to the
beach of Tomatoes and Vilamoura. The
