Newhotel Software can now offer a personalized service in German language through its representative True Tourism Consulting, an international consultancy company specialized in hotel and tourism business since 2012.
These last years, Newhotel Software has been focused promoting the latest Cloud Suite, which offers hotels the possibility to streamline operations and improve efficiency while enhancing the overall guest experience.

The entire workflow for each guest converges into a single panel to manage interactions/actions to be performed, as well as the complaints.
