The Excellence Collection visits Newhotel Software
The Excellence Collection, one of the most prestigious and internationally awarded hotel groups, is on a working visit to the Newhotel headquarters in Lisbon, with a high-level delegation made up of directors Monse Amengual (General Manager), Domingo Aznar (Commercial Director) and Nicolas Candela Alvarez ( IT Director).
The Excellence Collection is renowned for its exceptional customer service. The group's hotels and resorts have won prestigious awards, such as: Gold List from Conde Nast Magazine; Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards; TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence, among others.
Newhotel Software was chosen for the installation of the Cloud systems integrated in the Corporate Center and for the management of all the units in the various countries.
The already installed solutions in the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Jamaica units include the complete Front-Office suite, Reservations, Points of Sale, Food & Beverage Stocks, Spa & Wellness, Events, Mobile Apps, integration with online reservation system and API/ interfaces with different systems.
